What types of vessels do you manage?

Our mandates primarily cover yachts above 24 metres (commercial or private), support vessels and small commercial units (pilot boats, offshore support, small commercial). We do not work on heavy merchant shipping nor on purely recreational small craft.

What is your geographic footprint?

Our base is in Le Cannet, with strong presence in the western Mediterranean (French Riviera, Italy, Balearics, Corsica). We follow our clients on their seasonal routes — Caribbean, Atlantic, Adriatic, Black Sea — relying on our network of local agents.

Under what contractual model do you operate?

We operate under annual management mandates with a monthly fee adjusted to the vessel complexity. Ad-hoc services (audit, claim assistance, MLC remediation) may also be billed per assignment. Our fees are always explicit and itemised.

Are you independent from underwriters and yards?

Yes, unambiguously. We accept no commission or referral fee from P&I, Hull, class or yards. Our remuneration comes solely from your mandate. This keeps our recommendations aligned with your interests only.

How does onboarding a new vessel work?

An entry audit (on-board + documentary) of 2 to 5 days depending on complexity, followed by a 90-day plan to close the gaps. Your captain is involved from day one. Once the mandate is signed, a monthly financial recap is delivered.

Is Smart Ship Manager included in your services?

Yes, for clients on our Premium offer. Smart Ship Manager is currently in private beta. Standalone subscriptions (without a Cursorio mandate) will open later — we prefer to validate the product on our own mandates first.

Can I keep my current crew?

Absolutely. We take over the administrative management (contracts, payroll, MLC, certifications) of your existing crew. We can also support targeted recruitments, but we never impose turnover.

Do you work with yachts under commercial charter?

Yes, including MLC, charterer's P&I cover, APA management and reporting to the charter broker. We understand the specifics of MYBA- and CYBA-listed yachts.

How do you guarantee confidentiality?

An NDA is signed before any sensitive exchange. Our servers are hosted in Europe (Cloudflare + encrypted backends). No client information is pooled between mandates. Our collaborators are bound by strict confidentiality clauses.

What happens if I want to terminate the mandate?

Three-month notice, no penalty. We organise a complete handover with your new firm (documentary transfer, bank accounts, exportable Smart Ship Manager data). No retention, no non-compete on your suppliers.
